Kelly Seagram, Special Projects Coordinator

Kelly Seagram is the Special Projects Coordinator with Building Resilient Neighbourhoods.

A passionate community connector, Kelly works across grassroots initiatives and policy tables to strengthen belonging, food security, and community-led engagement. Kelly brings a background in design, media, hospitality, events, and partnership development, with a strong orientation toward strategy. A graduate of the City of Victoria’s Local Champions leadership program and a 2025 Community Impact Award recipient, she is committed to building resilient, connected, prosperous, and ecologically thriving bioregions–one neighbourhood at a time.
