Inspired by the Clare Street neighbourhood, this story follows the installation of 5 “little libraries” on boulevards in various neighbourhoods through Victoria, B.C. as a fitting memorial and lasting legacy to Angela Evans – a highly respected and sorely missed sustainability planner and beloved resident of Clare Street.
