Jordyn Bonfonti, Senior Facilitator and Coach

Jordyn Bonfonti (they/them) is a facilitator and systems change consultant with over 25 years of experience supporting communities, organizations, and networks to navigate complex challenges and move toward collective action.

They design participatory workshops, retreats, and strategic processes that help groups build shared understanding, address power dynamics, and make thoughtful decisions together.

Jordyn’s work often focuses on community and network development, participatory governance, and multi-stakeholder collaboration in service of greater equity and collective wellbeing.

They hold an MA in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University and live as a queer and trans white settler on the unceded territories of the T’Sou-ke Nation.
